ART DIRECTOR [OFFICE BASED]

Job Title: Art Director (Full-Time / In-Office)

Location: Chalandri, Athens

About Us:

At COMMA we blend strategy, imagination, and high-end design to revive brands and skyrocket their performance, with a deep specialization in Fashion, Retail, and E-commerce. We are looking for a talented, highly creative, and organized Art Director to join our team at our Chalandri office. In this role, you will take the lead on the daily creative workflow, grant autonomous sign-offs for ongoing projects, and step up hands-on to design Key Visuals for major brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Visuals & Design Execution: Personally lead and design core visual identities, key visuals, rebrandings, and big creative concepts, setting the aesthetic foundation for major projects.
• Autonomous Sign-off: Take full ownership and final sign-off responsibility for all daily and ongoing deliverables (Social Media assets, Newsletters, Web Banners, Google /Meta Ads), saving time from daily micro-management.
• Traffic & Workflow Management: Receive briefs from the Account Management team, filter them, allocate tasks efficiently to our Designers, and strictly monitor deadlines.
• Team Guidance & Collaboration: Guide and mentor the designers closely in the office, helping them roll out assets based on your Key Visuals, while providing immediate, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or a fast-paced e-commerce brand, with a solid background as a Graphic Designer / Art Director.
• Strong Portfolio: Proven track record of creating high-end layouts, branding, and campaign assets, with a focus on Fashion, Retail, or premium consumer brands.
• Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma or Motion Graphics is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Good experience managing creative workflows, deadlines and project management tools.
• In-Office Presence: Ability to work daily from our offices in Chalandri to ensure smooth, direct communication and effective team synchronization.
• Above all: A sharp mind, good manners, great work ethic, and a genuine drive to “do give a shit” about the design, the team, and the final outcome.
