BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 
Full Job Description
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team!
Perform opportunity discovery calls to identify prospects and potential new business
Identify and assign leads according to defined qualified lead criteria and best practices
Qualify and develop new contacts within defined prospects and customer accounts
Create and develop account profiling while building customer/prospect relationships for assigned accounts
In conjunction with the marketing team, initiate, develop and manage outbound opportunity discovery calls and email campaigns
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers and define their business requirements.
Prepare commercial and pricing documentation.
Follow up on sales activities in a timely, organized manner
Weekly reporting, including successful calls made and challenges faced.
Participate in roadshows, corporate events and exhibitions
Manage the full sales cycle to identify and close new businesses
At least 2 years experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree
Experience in an advertising agency is an advantage
Proven track record of sales in similar position
1 year inside or outbound sales experience an asset
Strong team player with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and passion for excellence
Passionate about social marketing, digital marketing, or visual content trends
Must be highly proficient in business tools (i.e. Google tools, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstration of exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Exceptional at building relationships
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are required
